Perfect for beginners and experienced shooters alike, this simulated stalking and range day is designed to help you improve accuracy, control, and fieldcraft in a safe and structured setting. Based just outside Bristol, it’s ideal for those preparing for live stalking trips or looking to boost their skills before heading to Scotland or abroad.
Led by expert instructors, the session takes place on our private range featuring reactive Hardox 500 steel targets at varying distances from 100 to 500 metres. You’ll learn the fundamentals of shooting from field positions, target acquisition, and shot placement – all under the guidance of seasoned professionals.

Itinerary for the Day
- 09:30 AM – Course introduction & range safety briefing over tea & coffee
- 10:00 AM – Grouping & zeroing at 100m, followed by testing accuracy up to 500m
- 12:30 PM – BBQ lunch provided (free burger & hot dog, extra food & drink available)
- 1:30 PM – Simulated stalking session with multiple target engagements
- 4:00 PM – Course ends
