Our venison is ethically hunted in the South West of England and Scotland, skinned, and prepared for collection. Each carcass is sourced from wild deer managed under strict population control practices, ensuring ecological balance and exceptional meat quality.

Please note: All weights are approximate and based on carcasses in skin but will be delivered out of skin.
Collection & Butchery Information:
Collection only: All whole carcasses are to be collected from our Bristol location.
Skinned: All carcasses are supplied fully skinned.

Storage Guidance:
Whole carcasses must be collected and stored in a suitable refrigerated environment. Once butchered, meat should be kept at 0–4°C and frozen if not used within a few days.
