Cooking Guides
Preheat oven to 180˚C (fan) / 200˚C (conventional). Rub with oil, salt, and pepper. Sear in a hot pan for 2 minutes each side, then transfer to the oven for 10-12 minutes or until internal temp reaches 60-65˚C. Rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season meat with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-4 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, until nicely browned and cooked to your liking (60-65˚C for medium-rare). Rest for a few minutes before serving.
Preheat BBQ to medium-high heat. Lightly oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 3-5 minutes each side depending on thickness. Internal temperature should reach 60-65˚C for medium-rare. Rest before serving.
