Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season burgers with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 70˚C. Rest briefly before serving.

Preheat air fryer to 200˚C. Lightly oil and season burgers. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temp reaches 70˚C. Rest briefly before serving.

Preheat BBQ to medium heat. Oil grill grates and season burgers. Grill for 4-5 minutes each side until internal temp reaches 70˚C. Avoid pressing down on burgers to retain juices.
