Cooking Guides

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season meat with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-4 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, until nicely browned and cooked to your liking (60-65˚C for medium-rare). Rest for a few minutes before serving.

Preheat air fryer to 200˚C. Lightly oil and season the steak. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, turning halfway, for medium-rare (60-65˚C internal temp). Rest before serving.

Preheat BBQ to medium-high heat. Lightly oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 3-5 minutes each side depending on thickness. Internal temperature should reach 60-65˚C for medium-rare. Rest before serving.
