Brown diced meat in a pan with 1 tbsp oil for added flavour. Transfer to a slow cooker and add 100ml of stock, water, or wine per 500g of meat. Season with salt and pepper. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the diced meat and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until nicely browned on all sides and cooked through.
